DR SEAN O'CALLAGHAN

GP Partner

Dr. Sean graduated with a Medical Degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 1998. He obtained his Membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners (MICGP) in 2004 and is currently listed on the Specialist Register of the Irish Medical Council.

His clinical interests include Paediatrics, General Medicine, Medicine for the Elderly, and Occupational Health. Deeply committed to medical education, Dr. Sean is involved in teaching undergraduate medical students from both Trinity College Dublin and RCSI.

A proud Tipperary man, Sean is married to a Dubliner, and together they have two daughters. Outside of medicine, he is a passionate Munster Rugby supporter.

DR CIARA MCKENNA

Ciara graduated with a medical degree from Trinity College in 2010. She completed her GP training in the sunny South East in 2015. Her special interests are Women's health, contraception/family planning and musculoskeletal medicine with further postgraduate qualifications in these areas. Her passion for women's health led her to earn a Diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2013, along with further qualifications in contraception, long-acting reversible contraception and menopause from the ICGP. A recognised British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist, she has earned an advanced certificate from the British Menopause Society and is an active member of both the Menopause Society of Ireland and British Menopause Society.. Outside of work, Ciara is a keen runner and is kept busy minding her 4 beautiful children, and dog! And cat!

DR SARAH JANE HILL

GP

Sarah Jane graduated from UCD, Dublin in 1999. Her post graduate experience included working in Emergency Medicine, Endocrinology, General Medicine & Paediatrics in Tallaght. Dr Hill enjoys all aspects of General practice but has a special interest in Women's health and Paediatrics. She is a member of the Merrion faculty and participates in continuing medical education. She has attained additional qualifications in the areas of childrens health and psychiatry. Dr Hill is a busy mum to two children, who keep her busy outside of work.

Dr Wiktoria Armstrong

GP

Wiktoria is originally from Poland and graduated from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) in 2017. She completed her General Practice training in New Zealand through the Royal New Zealand College of General Practitioners (RNZCGP).

She has a strong interest in women’s and sexual health and has worked across Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Family Planning, and Student Health. She also holds postgraduate qualifications in Women’s Health and Sexual and Reproductive Health. Her other clinical interests include dermatology, lifestyle medicine, and mental health.

Outside of work, Wiktoria is married to an Irishman and is a mum to two young children (and a cat!). She recently returned from New Zealand to be closer to family.

EIMEAR LEE

Practice Nurse

Our nurse Eimear is delighted to help you with your health care needs. She has many years experience in practice nursing. Eimear completed her general nursing training degree through TCD and Tallaght hospital, after which she worked on a medical/surgical ward in Tallaght hospital for 8 years before deciding to change direction and be a practice nurse. Some of the services she can provide include:
Cervical smears, blood tests, ECG’s, 24 hour blood pressure monitoring, blood pressure checks, removal of stitches, wound dressings, childhood immunisations, chronic illness management, diabetic reviews, health advice and education.

RACHEL BYRNE

Practice Manager

Rachel joined Grange Road Family Practice in April 2016 as a practice secretary, having spent the previous five years working in General Practice administration and assistant management. Rachel has successfully completed a Diploma in Management in Practice run by the Irish College of General Practitioners and has also recieved her degree in Healthcare Management. Rachel is heavily involved in the day to day running of the practice and provides an invaluable supportive role to the GP partners, patients and staff.
