HOW DO I REGISTER WITH YOUR PRACTICE?
We currently have an open list and welcome requests for registration with the practice. You can fill in a "Patient registration form" - available on our website, under the 'Useful Forms' tab. You can email your registration form to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then register you on our system. You can also fill in a "Transfer of file request" which we are happy to send on to your previous GP. Don't worry if you aren't too computer savvy, you can fill in these forms at the time of your first consultation.
I HAVE A MEDICAL / GMS/ DVC CARD, CAN I REGISTER WITH YOUR PRACTICE?
Yes. Our GMS panel is still open, you can find a "Change of Dr form" under our useful forms section and email it on to us, we will then send on to the HSE. We welcome all new patients including Garda Scheme, Maternity & Infant care, E1-11 card holders etc.
DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS?
If you need an urgent appointment, you should call first thing in the morning and give our reception team as much information as possible to relay on to the GP. Appointments are triaged in order of need. Same day appointments during busy seasons are not always available. If you feel you have an emergency you should call 999 or 112.
