We opened our GP Practice in December 2010. We are a family orientated Practice committed to giving the best possible care to our patients. We strive to do this by both anticipating and responding to the needs of our patients.

Meet the team

Sean O Callaghan

Dr Sean O’Callaghan MB BAO BCh LRCP&SI DCH DME CTM CC MICGP MSc Occ Health

Sean graduated with a Medical Degree from RCSI in 1998. He obtained his Membership of the Irish College of General Practitioners in 2004 and is on the Specialist Register of the Irish Medical Council .

His Interests are :

Sean is committed to the next generation of doctors. He is involved in teaching undergraduate Medical Students from both Trinity College and the RCSI.

Although a proud Tipperary Man, he is married to a girl from Dublin and they have 2 beautiful daughters. A keen Munster Rugby supporter , he is happy to be in partnership with a fellow GP, Dr Mark O Sullivan , who happens to be a Leinster Rugby supporter.

Mark graduated from University College Dublin in 1998 and has been working in general practice for the last nine years. He has a broad background in medicine, obstetrics & women's health, paediatrics and psychiatry. He is a member of both the Irish & English Colleges of General Practice and registered as a Specialist in General Practice with the Irish Medical Council. He has postgraduate qualifications in each of his particular areas of interest, including:

  • Dermatology,
  • Paediatrics
  • Family Planning
  • Minor surgery
  • Medicine for the Elderly
  • Palliative Care

He has a strong background in preventative medicine and a keen interest in ongoing medical education.

Mark is married with two small children, who have seemingly endless energy and delight in taking up most of his spare time. What time is left is spent either adding to his ever expanding music collection or at the RDS supporting Leinster Rugby.

Fiona Quinlan

Fiona Quinlan Receptionist/Secretary

Fiona qualified as a primary school teacher after completing the three year degree in Froebel College of Education, Blackrock. She completed her fourth year honours degree in Trinity College Dublin. While studying, Fiona worked as a customer service representative for three years where she gained a wealth of experience in customer relations.

Fiona started working in the Grange Road Family Practice in early December. She is delighted to be a part of the new practice and loves the new challenge.
